The ANTAGONIST® training software helps you gain insight into your training performance. The software uses proven sensor technology to visualize each of the four flywheels with a high degree of precision, and graphically displays the force distribution of the four flywheels left front, right front, left rear and right rear. Based on this graphic, the bi-directional training shows whether you are training symmetrically in the push / pull and left / right exercises. The power display can be optionally reflected in watts and kg.
